Smart mobility solutions for cities of the future are addressed in the research network “MoviCi – Movilidad intelligentes en ciudades urbana” (Urban Mobility in Smart Cities). The network is headed by DLR Transport Research from the German Aerospace Center (DLR). It will bring together key partners from Colombia and Germany from research, industry, and public authorities to discuss state-of-the art mobility solutions and ways for their application.
DLR Transport Research and its partners will present the network at the international exhibition Andinatraffic that takes place in Bogotá from 27th to 29th of March. Visitors are welcome to stop by at exhibition stand no. 61 or at one of the presentations.
MoviCi is part of the Initiative Research in Germany – Building the City of Tomorrow of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The MoviCi network consists of the following partners: DLR – Institute of Transport Research & Institute of Transportation Systems, Universidad Nacional de Colombia – Sede Medellin, German Partnership for Sustainable Mobility (GPSM), Trialog Publishers, City of Cali, ITS Colombia, ITS Automotive Nord and BerlinPartner.
